We’re a week out from the first ServiceNow Knowledge event of 2022, so to help you prepare your final agendas we have another session preview for you.

In case you missed our preview last week, we covered Grant Pulver’s session on roadmap planning and ServiceNow strategy in 2022.

Today we’re showcasing Carleen Carter’s training session titled One Flow to Rule Them All. Carter, who is a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, is a 13-year ServiceNow veteran. An expert consultant and technical master she has a knack for explaining complex concepts in a relatable manner. With a platform as vast as ServiceNow, she always has her eye on the big picture, helping to craft creative solutions to difficult problems during an organization’s transformation.

During the training session, Carter will guide you through creating a dynamic data-driven flow that can handle approvals, tasks, and more. Coupled with a data lookup table this flow can be used on multiple catalog items, allowing you to scale your catalog quickly, efficiently, and with consistency. Along the way, she will also cover best practices on how to build for scalability and delegated administration, all using low and no-code solutions. You’ll come away with a great foundation for your next Service Catalog project!

Carleen Carter’s session will take place at 1.30 PM on Thursday at the New York Expo, in room 403. Click here to add it to your agenda. If you’re unable to attend in New York, Carleen will also be on the floor in Las Vegas a few weeks later. Learn more about her Knowledge schedule and her favorite tips for making the most of the conference in her recent blog.
