My ServiceNow journey started in 2008 when I decided to ditch my grind in IT Asset Management. I didn’t know much about being a developer, but I came armed with plenty of experience using systems that needed improvement. Since then, I’ve partnered with countless companies, transforming their work processes and building a career I love.

Today, as the Principal Architect at Serenity, I lead amazing client projects and mentor other developers. I’ve even earned some shiny accolades (Certified Master Architect and ServiceNow MVP, in case you were wondering).

I am far from done learning! Every day, I discover new tips, tricks, and platform features. I’m a big fan of low- and no-code solutions, but I can whip up a killer script when needed.
