Feeling plagued by imposter syndrome and limited job options during the recession, I underestimated my qualifications. Thankfully, my network recognized my potential, leading me to join ServiceNow as employee #99. Since then, I’ve partnered with numerous companies, revolutionizing work processes for clients.
Today, I proudly serve as the Principal Architect at Serenity, spearheading transformative projects. My dedication and expertise have earned me prestigious accolades, including achieving the pinnacle Certified Master Architect certification in 2019 and recognition as a Developer MVP in 2023.
With 15 years of ServiceNow experience, I possess a wealth of knowledge, but I am far from omniscient. Every day brings discoveries as I explore the latest tips, tricks, and platform features. I wholeheartedly support low and no-code solutions, but when the need arises, I can craft an impressive script include.
